  Stormcloud is the youngest of the faction leaders. Under normal circumstances, a Keh'kitteh of his age would not be allowed to be Tsar, however since Windchill is missing nearly an entire generation worth of cells, he basically inherited the job by mixture of popular vote and family ties. Stormcloud is quiet and reserved, it's no secret that he feels rather awkward in his position, but he does try his best--sometimes a little too much in Tsar Snowblind's opinion. Seeing how their faction lost a great number of cats, Stormcloud has been striving to make their faction appear strong amongst the others, by in part, refusing any help offered. In such, Windchill has unfortunately cut themselves off from the line of communication they had with the other factions previously, but it's not like most of Windchill has any better ideas. They're struggling to say the least, after the bounty hunter raid on their faction whisked away so many Keh'kitteh.
