The Great and Mighty Enforcer

AKA Enforcer, aka Enforcer of Rule. AKA my Telegram group's rule bot. There is a long history behind this guy, but the basics are I made a bot to post the rules of my telegram group chat, and through a series of various happenings, I started giving him a bunch of other random commands. Seriously, he has a ton. And a ton of responses. So he sort of started becoming his own entity, as such he needed a face! And a body. XP Something that matched what had been being said in the group chat. So this is what I came up with. I am posting him kind of late, but I hadn't done the 'finishing touches.' So he had to sit around on my comp for awhile. 

  I made the background obnoxious to match Enforcer's disposition >,> Without going too overboard. Oh and for the record, Enforcer is a smug jerk most of the time. 8I
