Appearance: Gloaming is a rather tall, thin Qwuedeviv in layers of dark clothing. Its fur color is primarily brown with a white patch on a portion of its face. It has a similar patch on its right foot.
Personality: Gloaming is a very quiet and inquisitive Qwuedeviv. Its patience is unrivaled by most any Qwuedeviv. It is a requirement for its line of work though. Gloaming does both a lot of listening and a lot of formal discussion. It has no real temper to speak of, seeming to respond to anger directed at it by simply staring and waiting. It thinks very objectively and has no issue associating with other species. After all, that’s what its job primarily consists of; building relations with other species and negotiating terms. Other Qwuedeviv have never had any complaint with it. It will gladly associate with any rank, crew or kitten.
Gloaming is both itself and the opposite of itself. It is strong, but giving, kind, yet fierce. It really is a particularly outstanding Qwuedeviv in regards to their usual disposition. Many have described it as being a gentle soul until the need arises. Humble, but not weak. A group deviv and soloists. Cooperative and obstructionistic. Namely it has also been referred to as courteous, intelligent and unique.
Gloaming is a very caring Qwuedeviv. It is extremely loyal to its species and will defend them fiercely if needed. Otherwise it can be a very pleasant individual, although remarkably mysterious and very hard to read.
Background: Gloaming is the voice of the Qwuedeviv. Most find it to be intimidating. It nearly always has its eye disguise active and speaks only as necessary in a low, level voice. The other Qwuedeviv it works with are its personal team of bodyguards and can also operate as specialists. Gloaming is respected by most of the other Qwuedeviv. Although it is not customary for it to engage in combat personally it is capable of defending itself.
Its job primarily consists of decision making for planetary wars. It speaks on behalf of the Qwuedeviv with those they war against, whether to create a treaty agreement or to advise in regards to terms of surrender. Unlike most other species, it will often submerge itself in learning the others’ cultures and present what it feels would be fair to the Qwuedeviv Generals. Whether or not they agree with it is another story entirely. Whatever conclusion they come to though, Gloaming will loyally carry it out with respect to both parties.
Random Facts:
When Gloaming is not actively engaging in lengthy discussions and meetings it will often visit their troops stationed on that planet or nearby to encourage them and otherwise just lend a hand.
Gloaming isn’t above associating with anyone; any rank, cadet, it doesn’t matter.
Gloaming is something of a super cool idol to a lot of Qwuedeviv.
Despite looking totally serious and vaguely mean, Gloaming is totally up for a joke or otherwise just acting silly.
